MINI MARATHON and SHEN Classic for weekend of 16 and 17 FEB

As of Wednesday 13 Feb we have nice conditions on the trails with pretty good skiing. Looking at the forcast, we are going to get some warm weather the next 2 days and then it will be cold for the weekend. We will make the call for the races Thursday night after looking at what happens during the day tomorrow. There is about 2 inches of nice white snow over a layer of ice and hard packed base on the trails right now. The sticking point will be how hard it all freezes up Saturday night and how much of that nice white stuff we lose. I anticipate fast conditions if we can pull it off. We should be able to do the  moonlight ski regardless on the 23rd. (Unless we get a storm or something that night).
