Photo Safari XC Ski Race on Sunday

Come join us for our first ever Photo Safari XC Ski Race on Sunday April 6th at 9:00 AM. The race will be 5 km (the use of shortcuts by anyone shorter than 5 feet tall is acceptable). You will receive time deductions for each item on the photo safari checklist that you take an in focus photograph of (out of focus pictures will also be accepted if the artist feels it is necessary for the subject). You may submit up to 10 photos for the contest. The winner will receive bragging rights as the 2014 Skiing Photographer World Champion of the World. Photos will be posted to our Facebook page.

Photo Safari Race Checklist

There is no fee (donations will be accepted though) and no need to pre-register for this race. Just show up with your skis and your camera.

If you can’t make it on Sunday, Team HURT will be holding their Easter Egg race on Saturday April 12th at the club (assuming there is still snow). More details will be posted as I get them.
